LIMITIONS
As it was a study, it has some limitations also, like-
•This study is done in twin cities so it may not be applicable in whole country and state.•Time is a major constraint as I have done 45 days project.
•Confidential information such as margin is exactly identified because the respondent biased information.•Lack of co-operation from the respondents as they are busy with their rational work.•While filling the questionnaire the reader could not provide 100% accurate information because of their personal limitations.•As the data is collected from various customers there are chances for biased information also.
