    For the workers, Line Managers

    represent management. If the

    Manager does not take Safety

    seriously, those under him will not

    either. On the other hand, Ifhe shows

    that Safety has to be considered all

    the time and if he himself does everything that reasonably can be done to

    prevent accidents, workers will follow

    his examples.

    be used in connection with

    Accident Analysis. It is humannature to make mistakes, to forget,

    to take short-cuts e.t.c. It is
