Project Summary: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) proposes, on behalf of Sprint, to upgrade this telecommunications site on the GSA building to maintain acceptable wireless calling and data signals. Sprint is using new advanced technologies necessary for day-to-day usage and special events on the National Mall. This sites is located at: • Robert C. Weaver Building ( U.S. Dept. of HUD) 451 7th Street SW The project will require the removal and replacement of three (3) antennas at the existing telecommunication site as well as requiring the removal of three (3) remote radio units at this location as well. In addition, minor supporting Infrastructure will also be upgraded including cabling and mounts.
