Project Updates for Q1 2018

Roxas East and Quezon North are now complete. Unit turnover for both buildings started last year.

In Osmeña East, facade painting works and interior finishing works such as tiling and painting are in

progress.

Architectural works continue in Quirino East and Roxas West. The latter building was also topped off

in March.

Structural works at Quirino West has now reached the 7th floor. At Quezon South, structural

activities are at the 2nd floor.

The basketball court is now finished, while the Clubhouse will soon be ready for glass façade

installation.

The Residences at Commonwealth is located in Don Antonio Drive (Amsterdam Avenue),

Commonwealth, Quezon City. It is Century Properties’ first development in Quezon City with eight

residential towers, the Commonwealth Clubhouse with amenities that nurture the interests and

passions of the different members of the family, and outdoor spaces that provide opportunities for a

holistic, active and healthy lifestyle experiences for residents.
