GAP:- Gap between ITI worker and Industrial need.
a) They are not getting training according to industry work
profile.b) Maximum worker are not getting salary according tothere work.c) They generally learn how work during their workingtime.
There should be extra training along with ITI Training likeBehavior, Application oriented program, Safety ,Comm.Skill etc..
As far as salary is concern after fulfilling all these need
they must get the basic salary from Rs.8000/-to 10000/-
