Executive SummaryEvery hall and its mess requires extensive and precise calculation based on demands from various sources on a daily basis. Its daily tasks are usually taken care of by a manager who relies on different types of information gathered from various parties and sources.

Sometimes situations are poorly handled because of lack of data or complexity of maintaining them manually. Sometimes there comes a situation when new model of processes are added, removed or modified by administrative party but the management challenge is too complex to be implemented soon.

Executive Summary (Continued…)Various issues arise when students living in hall and using mess deposit their bills for certain period of time. If mishandled students are victimized with various monetary charges every now and then.

A desktop application can solve all the issues that are associated with a hall and mess management by processing given data and presenting with automated decisions within very shot to no time at all.
