Seismic Industrial Packages Solution capable of withstanding Zone 4 seismic activity with a panel load

of 1,000lbs

Tested in accordance with Telcordia Technologies’ Earthquake Environment Criteria GR-63-CORE, but not a rated enclosure

Tested enclosure size of 2000x800x800; confident in solutions ≤2000H, ≥800W, ≥800D (no de-rating of load capacity)

Solutions outside of these size parameters require engineering feedback; only available in Industrial Packages not kits

Advanced Protection Products Phase 2.1

Type-3R Solutions (Pkgs & Hardware) 3R Solutions provide a degree of protection against rain/sleet/snow, with any water ingress

draining from cabinet without contacting energized area (outdoor lite)

Solutions upgraded with stainless hardware and corrosion-resistant plated components; drain plugs in base removed to facilitate drainage; pkgs standard with padlocking handle

No unique side covers for 3R: purchase/spec standard covers and order side cover hardware kit

Increased Strength & Ease-of-Assembly Phase 2.1

Single-Piece Grid Straps One and three row designs; offered as an alternate product to the

standard, bracket-mount grid straps currently available Current solution (bracket-mount) sits flush with the frame without

consuming mounting space along the inner-facing edge of the frame, and supports itself on the brackets during installation

New solution (single-piece) has less torsional deflection, and can be a bit faster to install

19-inch Rack Angles Rack Angles redesigned to secure via BV-M6 fasteners; height and

rack unit count optimized to capitalize on increased G2 frame height Square and tapped hole designs available standard in heights from

Joining Kits Three unique joining kits launched:

• P2AJJ – alternate side-to-side joining kit: utilizes an interior mounted, two-piece bracket that can be installed during enclosure population and separated without removal

• P2AJS – front-to-side joining kit: supports solutions where an enclosure is placed in the corner of a facility and bayed in two directions that are 90-degrees apart

• P2AJB – top-to-bottom joining kit: supports stacking of enclosures; load rating and lifting capacity are impacted by this joining method: de-rating is expected

ProLine G2 Sequestr Type-12 external disconnect solution that integrates with ProLine G2 enclosures:

similar functionality as standard Sequestr products but on a G2 frame Sold as a fully-configured Industrial Package consisting of frame, disconnect door,

standard door, rear cover, solid top with lifting eyes, gland plate base, and galvanized subpanel

G2 Sequestr Barrier Panel sold separately with integrated cut-outs for new mechanical interlocking; side cover sold separately

Mechanical Interlocking Improved rod and bracket design make for a more robust solution; door closure

sequence addressed to ensure secondary doors are closed prior to reenergizing system

Cable Management Products Phase 2.2

Top Mounting Module Secures to the top of the frame, allowing for cable passage into the

enclosure from above; standard heights of 200 and 300mm available, and can be joined for expanding solutions

Note that due to mounting method, solid top cannot sit between module and frame (must be open); solid top not included

Plinth Base Mounting Bracket Kit Supports the installation of grid straps for wire and cable management,

Passive Thermal Management Products Phase 2.2

Vented Gland Plate Often used in conjunction with Vented Plinth Base Covers to bring air

into enclosure to passively cool: integrated filter(s) to limit contaminant entry

Vented Plinth Base Covers Replaces standard plinth base covers across the front and rear to allow

Full Access Rack Full Access Rack is a swing-out rack frame for 19” rack mount

equipment/panels that pivots completely out of the enclosure frame Available in 800mm width and left-justified pivot only; max equipment

load of 300lbs General solution notes: installation is challenging and lead-time may be

Partial Door Packages & Internal Barrier Panel Type-12/3R enclosure solution separated into bays along the vertical with

partial height doors; often used with internal barrier panels to isolate (sold separately)

Designed to be sold as modified enclosure solutions due to both the number of door count/size options, and the nature of the solution (custom hinge mount holes and welded cross members)

External Floor Mount Bracket Kit Bracket designed for securing an enclosure to the floor: sits between the base and

corresponding bolt(s) Part Number: P2AFMKE

Floor Stand Kit Secures to the base, mounted depth-wise, to elevate an enclosure off the ground by ~1ft

(300mm); piloting interest with an 800mm depth model only Commonly used to elevate an outdoor enclosure to prevent water intrusion, and to secure

to a pad. Part Number: P2AFSK8

Internal Mounted Gland Plate Gland plate that mounts from inside the enclosure: access to the bottom not required for

installation; single-bay, limited sizes Commonly used when overhead lifting is not present, and gland plate was omitted from

Ground Plate Kit Spring steel brackets that mount to the frame and contact ground studs on cover(s) Allow for cover to be removed from frame without having to disconnect ground wire from
