The first completed project of Promer Qatar was the Renovation and Maintenance of Al Khor Municipality Building which was handed over in August 2008 to Ashghal. 2. Fish Market in Al Khor

Alteration and Renovation Works of Old Fish Market Building in Al Khor, QatarThe Al Khor Fish Market has been handed over to Al Khor Municipality by Ashghal in November 2009. The complex, with a strikingly beautiful sea view, has 19 storeys, a multipurpose hall, a café, restaurants and a heritage tower with a water fountain. The old fish market has been turned into a boutique shopping mall.

4. QGOSM Building at Abu Hamour

Building for Qatar General Organization for Standards and Metrology at Abu HamourPromer Qatar has completed the administrative headquarter building for the Department of Laboratories and Standardization Affairs – Ministry of Environment. The project, which has an architectural feature of a blend of modernity and Qatari heritage, is a three-storey mansion built over 3300m2. The building plays an important role as the Headquarters of Gulf Building Codes as well.
