Terms: 1 .Promo Period April 1 - May 31 or while supplies last.2. Free 7-up or Pepsi 8oz for every P100.00 purchase of JX, REG, ADO3. MDC and Participating outlet will split 50-50 all sales volume generated by promo4. For the outlets share , it will pay only for 50% of the total cost of Pepsi Product Giveaways.Pepsi products will be priced at P2.50 / Bottle.5. For MDCs 50 % share, we shall purchase stocks at transfer price6. MDC will shoulder Cost of the promo (Pepsi products, Chillers, Tarps, Manpower)

Guidelines:1. MDC will orient Gas Station Manager on the mechanics of the promo.2. MDC to provide 1 Chiller, Tarps, and 1 representative at participating gas station.3. Bottles will not be given away for free to customers, if the customer wants to bring the bottle, he shall pay P2.00 / bottle. 4. If the manager of the gas station agrees, he/she shall be paid 200/day to assume the role of the MDC representative and be the person responsible for the supervision of the promo.5. Optional : Transfer Bottle contents to plastic cup to avoid delay in the queue while waiting for customer to drink the contents of the bottle
