3.2 Globalisation of service markets

3.3 Service industries and business services
Bryson et al., (2004) introduce a range of relevant perspectives
from service occupations to service economy. Service industries c

4 R&D in services statistical overview
Increased interest in services has motivated improvements in s
statistics. Although services R&D statistics have improved, many

5 Recent research reports addressing R&D in Se
The following sections will present key findings extracted from
reports addressing R&D in services. The aim of this chapter is to
