Happiness Card

This card entitles the owner to one day (24hrs.) of happiness, joy or full satisfaction. This is a legally binding authorization as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights. All persons presented with this card are required to treat the bearer with respect, kindness and a smile whenever possible. This card is good for one 24-hour period. After 24 hours it expires and must be given to another person. That person can use it for a day and/or return it to the previous owner, which will reactivate the card and allow the previous owner to use it again.
