Website Pocket Schedule pROGRAM

Georgia Lottery Corporation is one of our most loyal sponsors and have earned a spot on the home

page of our website along with our other most loyal sponsors.

The Columbus Cottonmouths up-graded to an entirely new website at

the beginning of the 2015-16 Sea-son. The appearance, feel and infor-mation was updated to fit the style

of the Columbus Cottonmouths.

Per the contract, GLC received one (1) full color pocket schedule panel distributed to approximately 100,000 fans throughout the sea-

son.

Pocket schedules were available at local restaurants, businesses, the Civic Center Box Office, Fan

Experience at every home game, in the Cottonmouths office and at any event we attended throughout the

season.

Per the contract, GLC received one (1) half-page, full color ad in the Fang Magazine, distributed to approximately three hundred (300)

fans per game.

Programs are available at Fan Expe-rience at every home game and are available at any event we attended

throughout the season.

Backlit sign

The backlit sign is the only inventory the Cottonmouths sell that are up in the Civic Center for a full calendar year. The sign remains up for not only Cottonmouths games, but all event inside the Civic Center including, but not limited to, Columbus Lion’s games, Disney on Ice, Elton John concert, Chris Brown concert, comedy shows, WWE, robotics competition, cheer-leading competition, Crossfit competition and other concerts and events. A backlit sign is in a perfect location to be seen throughout the arena in almost every section and is captured in our photos used for advertising. The sign is illuminated for all Cottonmouths home games and most Civic Center events which means when the lights are our, your logo is still seen by all!

200 parachutes dropped from the rafters at each GA Lottery Night. The parachutes were spread out

across the rafters and usually 3-5 people would drop

them at a time!

Each GA Lottery Night, 3 people would catch the winning parachutes and claim their prizes at Fan Experi-

ence.

Each winner (3 each GA Lottery night, 15 total) would receive a roll-ing cooler, lunch to-go box, salad to-go box, cup and $100 worth of

GA Lottery tickets!

Posts directly on the Cottonmouths’ Instagram during the week of each GA Lottery Night to remind fans that at the game that week they will have three (3) chances to win $100 worth of GA Lottery tickets. The Cotton-mouths’ Instagram has 1,490 followers and growing.

Each post receives anywhere from twenty (20) to seventy-five (75) likes per post.

Posts directly on the Cottonmouths’ Twitter page dur-ing the week leading up to each GA Lottery Night to

remind fans that, at the game that week, they will have three (3) changes to win $100 worth of GA Lottery tick-ets. The Cottonmouths’ Twitter page has 3,064 follow-

ers and adds anywhere from ten (10) to twenty (20) new followers each week.

Website & Pit Promotions

Website Promotions Pit Promotions

All games, opponents, promotions, giveaways and jersey auctions are posted on the website’s ‘Promotion

Schedule’ as they are announced. Fans can go di-rectly to the website’s ‘Promotion Schedule’ from their computer or smartphones. Each month, the previous months’ promotions are deleted. This practice did not begin until around December 2015, but remained con-

sistent throughout the remainder of the season.

For those fans who do not have access to a computer, smartphone or internet, a ‘Pit Promotions’ sheet was made available at the Fan Experience Center during each game and self-promotional slides were shown during pre-game on the Jumbotron. Every fan that

came through the gates was able to visit Fan Experi-ence and take with them a ‘Pit Promotions’ sheet! The sheets changed monthly and updated as information

became available.

Future Recommendations

for games that include Georgia Lottery Promotional Nights.

ConsistencyConsistently post to the Cottonmouths’ Facebook,

Facebook events, Twitter and Instagram.

uPDATESKeep the website promotion schedule updated

throughout the year and keep the Pit Promotions sheet up to date at each game. These forms of communica-tion with our fans did not open until mid-season, but the goal is to have them run the entire season next

year.

Jumbotron PromotionCreate a slide for Georgia Lottery Promotional Nights

to run on the Jumbotron for the month prior to the event, so the potential reach for GLC is higher based

on the return rate of fans at each game.

PhotographsTake more photos of the GLC promotional items in the rafters prior to the game. Also, take more photos of our staff preparing the GLC parachutes and t-shirts. Over-all, more photos of the setup process, execution and

redemption of GLC promotional items.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Hunter in solidifying and continuing our partnership and for teaching me how to correctly to things this year. Mr. Hunter was very prompt and efficient during communication and always friendly. I would also like to thank Mr. Smith from the Columbus Georgia Lottery location for replying promptly to all emails and for having the prize tickets available for pickup during each GLC Promotional Night week. The staff in the Columbus Georgia Lottery location were always friendly, efficient and attentative to me when I would enter the store to pick up the prize tickets. I hope you all enjoyed the tickets to each game and had a blast cheering on the Snakes!

I hope this proof of performance shows the dedication and hard work put in by each Cottonmouths staff member and intern to make each GLC Promotional Night possible. It was truly a joy to see the faces of each winner and to watch our fans’ faces light up when the parachutes started to fall. I hope that we can continue this partnership in the future and continue to do great things with the Georgia Lottery Corporation.
