The Single Donor Vehicle

Our all new Indy RX-5 is the latest model in our line up. Completely designed and simulated in our CAD environment, building

on the hugely successful Indy R chassis with inboard front push rod suspension, our new chassis has been developed to use many

donor parts from the widely available Mazda MX-5 mk 2 or Miata as it is also known. Our mission was to use a single donor

vehicle to keep the cost of this model low, while not compromising the excellent road holding characteris�cs of the Indy R.

Out of the box the standard 140bhp stock Mazda 1.8 engine gives more than enough performance to excite the road ahead.

For the more power hungry amongst us, we have a bolt on turbo kit available to increase the standard Mazda engine in excess

250bhp. And if that’s not enough, this vehicle can also be fi�ed with the most powerful normally aspirated 2 litre produc�on

engine from the Honda S2000.

MK Indy RX-5 RR

Indy RX-5 RR – Built on the solid founda�on of the Indy RX-5, the Indy RX-5 RR is Mazda / Miata MX-5 single donor based

vehicle with a racing twist. It u�lises the race car features of the well-established model the Indy RR (Ford Sierra Based

Vehicle).

The Indy RX-5 RR is a fully round tube chassis with rose jointed upper and lower wishbones all round. Being manufactured

from round tube, the RX-5 RR has a 15kg weight saving over the standard RX-5 chassis.

Designed for the race track or serious track day owner, the RX-5 RR will allow the driver granular adjustment to enable them

to dial the car into their own track driving style. With fully rose jointed wishbones, camber and toe is easily adjusted on all

four corners of the vehicle with a simple twist of a rose joint.

And if you’re thirsty for more performance, the stock 140bhp 1.8 engine can easily be upgraded in excess of 250 bhp with

our bolt on turbo kit. No need for engine internals to be upgraded. This is a simple bolt on package of turbo, intercooler and

ECU. It u�lizes the exis�ng Mazda wiring loom, so no rewiring required.

In Summary: An inexpensive, lightweight trackday/race car with the poten�al for simple bolt on upgrades to big horse power,

quick in the corners, fast on the straights. Watch the compe��on disappear in your rear view mirror.

MK Indy RX-5 MC

Indy RX-5 MC – New for 2019, the Indy RX-5 MC is a BEC (Bike Engine Car) on a budget. Designed with cheap bike power and

weight savings from the off, this vehicle has a round tube chassis, lighter floor pan and lighter interior panels for maximum

power to weight ra�o, while making use of the readily available Mazda MX-5 donor vehicle for the four corners, differen�al

and drive sha�s.

As standard, the RX-5 MC comes with a hand paddle shi� system for sequen�al gear changes enabling the driver to rapidly

pull through the gears as they accelerate from 0 to 60 mph at a mind blowing pace. No need to move your hand off the

steering wheel, gears are operated with swi� click of the fingers.

Using standard Mazda / Miata MX-5 running gear coupled to a Yamaha claimed 175bhp YZF-R1 5VY engine (2004 – 2006), this

model in our range is gear limited to a maximum speed of 120 mph. For most road and track day enthusiasts, this is more

than enough to ta�oo a huge grin to your face at 14,000 rpm.

All in all this is a light weight entry level bike engine kit car which has the power to weight ra�o of more than 370 bhp per ton

and will easily enable you to compete with more exo�c vehicles on a �ght twisty circuit.

The Icon

The Indy R is our iconic roadster, designed and built for pure involving driving enjoyment on the road or track.

Our chassis has been re-designed from the ground up. With all new push rod front suspension as well as a revised rear

suspension layout for improved road holding and increased roll resistance. Increased torsional s�ffness comes from more

chassis triangula�on while keeping to a light weight design.

The powerhouse is your choice. Whether you’re on a �ght budget or going for a top end build, there are a range of car

engines or thrilling motorbike engines to choose from. The Indy R is based on the Ford Sierra and you can source parts

yourself from a donor vehicle or we can supply a complete running gear donor pack. Major components from the Sierra are

the differen�al, rear drive sha�, front uprights, braking system, steering rack and steering column.

Depending on your interest and �me available, we can supply the Indy R in basic kit form right up to a turnkey build. The kit

can be built by an amateur builder with no specialist tools in around 300 hours.

The end result? Sunning looks, impeccable handling, breath-taking performance and a power-to-weight ra!o

than will leave most modern day sports cars sat at the lights.

The Ul�mate Track Car

The Indy RR is not for the faint hearted. Bred for track demanding performance and designed to deliver corner a�er corner.

The chassis design is even more extreme than the Indy R and can be configured with a full CDS race specifica�on roll cage.

The Indy RR features the same push rod front suspension with Protech shocks all round.

The Indy RR is based on the Ford Sierra and you can source parts yourself from a donor vehicle or we can supply a complete

running gear donor pack. The most popular powerhouse for the track is the Suzuki Hayabusa motorbike engine. In addi�on

to the Indy R specifica�on, the RR can be supplier with uprated fuel pumps, a fuel swirl pot, an oil catch tank and dry sump.

Suppor�ng racing drivers in the CSCC Mag 7’s, NW 7’s and NI 7’s, the Indy RR will give you the compe��ve edge.

This car is designed for high performance output with builders regularly achieving 400-500 BHP with

Sold the world over, the MK Indy is based on the Ford Sierra with its familiar outboard front suspension and independent rear
