The purpose of this video is to address the false Grace theology that has become very popular.

Such doctrines tickle ears and teach positions that are contrary to godliness and a walk of holiness. The truth will set you free, the lies will lead to a pit.

We absolutely are saved by the gift of grace. Essential details in how to receive this gift and live by it have been removed from the apostate churches

Salvation thru Grace is a free gift from God

Romans 9:15 I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion. It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy.

The MERCY of God, aka the unmerited favor of God; is certainly part of His Grace.

God ForgivesGod Gives New Life

Yet GRACE has been perverted to justify worldly and unrighteousness living. Let the truth be told!

God Saves

All Who WillBe

Let’s start with the basics.

What is Grace?

Let’s look in God’s dictionary, the Holy Scriptures

Titus 2:11 For the GRACE OF GOD that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age

Grace appears to ALL MEN

Grace teaches men:

1.To say NO TO SIN

2.To choose to live righteouslyGrace is given in His mercy, yet grace is

the power of God inside of us

Titus 2:14 - Christ gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

Grace is what purifies us and sanctifies Jesus’ Bride

It is more than forgiveness, it is the POWER to overcome sin

Titus 2:15 Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.

We are to speak this definition of Grace to all

We can do NOTHING by ourselves. In our own flesh we cannot obey the Lord’s commandments and do His Will.

Works of the flesh are filthy rags to God and do not save us. Only Jesus saves by His grace.

But with God all things are possible. Even obeying His commands

We need to have faith, to really believe His Word and not trust in our own flesh

When we let Him lead, there is no temptation we cannot overcome

Come Peter

Paul’s famous passage to the faithful in Ephesus

Notice it is expressed as past tense, having already happened

Let’s understand the context and get clear on what this really says

As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air

Ephesians 2:1-2

The people Paul was speaking to did not practice sin anymore. That was all in their past!!! Do you see that here?

All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts

Ephesians 2:3

These faithful followers used to practice sin but they did not anymore!!

We all WERE sinners

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions— it is by grace you have been saved.

Ephesians 2:4

God in His love and mercy transforms us from our dead sinful state and saves us by His power. This unmerited power is GRACE.

Evidence one is saved by grace is that all the evil and sinful things they once did, they do not practice any more. Faith gives us access to this grace and imparts both the desire and ability to obey the one we call LORD. It is Christ working inside -- guiding us into righteousness

Without Grace …

Without the Power of God Inside of Us …

No man could overcome sinNo man could be justifiedNo man could be sanctified

If we don’t do these things, our faith is not genuine and we will not enter the kingdom

2 Peter 1 - His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

The Grace of God is the divine power of God inside of us

Grace is all we need to love Jesus and obey Him

Romans 5:1-2 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand

Faith gives us access to the divine power of God to help us overcome sin and the lusts of the flesh

1 Cor 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

Paul worked his tail off for the LORD. It was the power of God inside of Him

Paul prayed for God to take away a demon tormenting him

2 Cor 12 - there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me--to keep me from exalting myself! Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me.

God said NO. My Power (Grace) is sufficient for thee

2 Cor 12 - My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness

Phil 2 - Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed …. continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works IN YOU to will and to act according to his good purpose

Grace gives us the will and the way to follow Jesus and be lead by His Spirit. We choose to DO IT by the power of the Holy Spirit

?Are you standing in the grace of

God -- the power of God to transform you into a new creation?

2 Cor 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him

What a wonderful and often twisted verse this is! Notice the word “might”. The very next verse brings this passage into proper context ….

2 Cor 6:1 We then, as workers together with Him I also plead with you not to

receive the grace of God in vain.

You see, receiving grace is not the end. We must actually do something with this gift from God

We Choose

No Boasting Allowed

It is not US, It is GOD INSIDE OF US

GRACE

We receive Grace

Then we walk in GRACE, being led by HIS Spirit

The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work

Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world

Works of flesh = SIN

Grace frees us from the bondage and power of sin to control our life

John 8:36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed

Romans 6 - For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!

Walk in the Spirit, being led by God

To end, Let’s look at the warnings about missing the true grace of God

We can fall from GraceGrace can be received in vain

We can fall short, frustrate and neglect this Grace that saves

Grace would be perverted into a license to sin without fear of God and judgment

Gal 5:4 You who are trying to be justified by law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace

This is speaking about the Law of Moses and all of its religious rituals and requirements that were nailed to the cross

Not following the Spirit of God is “WORKS”

2 Cor 6:1 And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain

Galatians 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain

I am concerned about the growing Messianic Christian movement that is putting men back under the Torah

Jude 4 - For certain men whose condemnation was written long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord

Beware of those that pervert the grace of God into a license to sin

This is God’s Grace

_____________________________________

We are going to have trials, temptations and tribulations

Jesus will rescue us in our time of need, IF we

trust in Him. His WORD

WILL NOT FAIL

Go to the throne of grace in time of need

Hebrews 4 - let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need

1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, …… the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleans us from ALL sin.

Jump for joy and be exceedingly glad

When we suffer in the furnace, trusting in GraceYou have been saved and are being saved by God’s Grace

Don’t Look back

Luke 9:62 No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

If you are practicing sin, you need to repent. Give your heart to Jesus

God will forgive our sins and justify us based on Jesus’ finished WORK

Grace Justifies = MERCYGrace Sanctifies = POWER

Once We Receive “IT”

Jesus said to Go and Sin No More

Stand on the ROCK!

This is the true grace of God

Romans 8:14 - For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God

Everybody else is working out their own salvation

We can stop sinning, if we really love the LORD

Understand what this really means

the one who practices sin is of the devil

Follow ME

Receive the gift. Walk in His Grace

Praise You Jesus

May God Bless You Richly!
