PROPERTY TAX REPORTING Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Property Tax has more than 70 menu-driven reports that are fully query-able. Additionally, our Data Center module, provides users with full access and customizable reporting on every field in their database. The Data Center can also create custom, shareable reports that can be rerun at the user’s convenience. Reports can then be presented on screen, printed from a PDF file, downloaded to a text file, or exported to a Microsoft® Office Excel spreadsheet. Tax Due Report Monitors tax obligations and ensures they are paid on time. This valuable and flexible tool provides detailed information about the status of your installment payments, and can monitor paid, unpaid, and missing tax bills. Parcel Tax Ledger Provides property and status of taxes due on each parcel/account and each assessment track associated with that property. The report displays the amount paid and the outstanding balance. Calendar Report Keeps track of when a personal property returns are due for specific states, including when personal property returns are due for all available jurisdictions in the system. The report can be run in jurisdiction, due date, or calendar formats. Options also exist to show lien dates, extension dates, and/or (return) due dates. Return Due Report Displays information about filing deadlines for all personal property returns.

Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Property Tax has more than 70 menu-driven reports that are fully query-able. Additionally, our Data Center module, provides users with full access and customizable reporting on every field in their database. The Data Center can also create custom, shareable reports that can be rerun at the user’s convenience. Reports can then be presented on screen, printed from a PDF file, downloaded to a text file, or exported to a Microsoft® Office Excel spreadsheet.

Filing Control Schedule Provides the status of all personal property returns you are filing. It displays location information, FEIN, and if return is primary or amended. It also includes the taxable cost, taxable depreciated value, assessed value, and inventory cost. The report displays what stage of the returns management process a particular return is in, as well as when each step was performed and the user ID who performed it.

Assets By Class Provides detailed information on the various reports and values associated with assets for each location. It includes details of each asset, grouped either by classification, depreciation, or form category. It also provides how you are reporting the asset for the current year (add, historical, delete) the date acquired, assessment ratio, cost, reported cost, depreciated value, and assessed value.

Baseline Comparison Compares critical asset value and tax savings information from a baseline snapshot of the assets taken at earlier point with the same group of assets in the “active” list. After creating a baseline of your assets and making changes, the Baseline Comparison report summarizes the differences.

Status Report Evaluates new assessments or appeals. It is also useful in reviewing and identifying changes in your property taxes caused by variables in value and in tax rates. The report includes a description of the property, a breakdown of the most recent assessment based on a per square foot and per unit measure of value, and provides a three-year history of the valuations of the property, taxes on the property and appeal results.

Tax Value Report Provides analysis of valuation information for appeal consideration. The Tax Value Report displays a three-year history of the land and improvements size, assessed values, taxes, taxes per square foot, annual increase and cumulative increase.

Appeal Scorecard Includes results from each appeal level. The report displays assessed value changes through appeals and calculates the total reduction in value, and tax savings achieved. The tax savings is calculated by comparing the taxes based on the assessment notice appealed on the appeals record to the decision level value tax calculation.
