INTRODUCTION

The use of technologies have not only revolutionized human standard of living but have also revolutionized and developed human nature and also bring innovation in human life.

Importance of It(Information Technology ) in Business Organizations:-

In Now a days different kinds of Technologies are being used in almost every different felid of Business organizations from manufacturing of product in firm to delivery of product to its customers, from employee motivation in firm of firm, to build standard of firm and also to promote and to increase the purchasing power of its customers not necessarily by reducing price, but also by bringing change in product and continuous improvement in its quality.

Business organizations can use technology to reduce business costs Business owners can also use technology to create secure environments for maintaining sensitive business or consumer information. Many types of business technology or software programs are user-friendly. This allows business owners with a minor background in information technology to use computer hardware and software

Features of Business Technology

Business technology can help business organization improve their communication processes. Emails, texting, websites and personal digital products applications, known as “apps," can help companies improve communication with consumers. Using several types of information technology communication methods allow companies to saturate the economic market with their message. Companies may also receive more consumer feedback through these electronic communication methods.

These methods also allow companies to reach consumers through mobile devices in a real-time format. There are many types of technologies which are used in business organizations. Such as Computer/Laptops. Telephone /Mobile/ Tablets /Android system, Technology .For security Such as Security Camera, Security Alarm in case of any emergency or threat, Specially designed programmed robots for helping in manufacturing products which are designed to perform specific programs and task specially in auto industries .

Function Of Information technologies

Business organizations can increase their employees' productivity through the use of technology. Computer programs and business software usually allow employees to process more information than manual methods. Business owners can also implement business technology to reduce the amount of human labor in business functions. This allows small businesses to avoid paying labor costs along with employee benefits. Business owners may also choose to expand operations using technology rather than employees if the technology will provide better production output.

Potential & Consideration :-

Technology allows businesses to reach new economic markets and large business organizations to compete in international markets, Rather than just selling consumer goods or services in the local market, small businesses can reach regional, national and international markets. Retail websites are the most common way small businesses sell products in several different economic markets. Websites represent a low-cost option that consumers can access 24/7 when needing to purchase goods or services. Small business owners can also use Internet advertising to reach new markets and customers through carefully placed web banners or ads.

Business technology allows companies to outsource business function to other businesses in the national and international business environment. Outsourcing can help company’s lower costs and focus on completing the business function they do best. Technical support and customer service are two common function companies outsource. Small business owners may consider outsourcing function if they do not have the proper facilities or available manpower. Technology allows businesses to outsource function to the cheapest ares possible, including foreign countries.

Hardware

Hardware

The term hardware refers to machinery. This category includes the computer itself, which is often referred to as the central processing unit (CPU), and all of its support equipments. Among the support equipments are input and output devices, storage devices and communications devices.

Software: -

Software

The term software refers to computer programs and the manuals (if any) that support them. Computer programs are machine-readable instructions that direct the circuitry within the hardware parts of the CBIS to function in ways that produce useful information from data. Programs are generally stored on some input / output medium, often a disk or tape.

Data

Data are facts that are used by programs to produce useful information. Like programs, data are generally stored in machine-readable form on disk or tape until the computer needs them.

Procedures:-

Procedures are the policies that govern the operation of a computer system. "Procedures are to people what software is to hardware" is a common correlation that is used to show the role of procedures in a CBIS. (Computer Based Information System).

People

People

Every CBIS needs people if it is to be useful. Often the most over-looked element of the CBIS are the people, probably the component that most influence the success or failure of information systems.

This can allow people within an organization to share documents or information, provide a central storage area to store documents, or for people to communicate using email within an office. They also allow several computers to share a printer or storage device. A network can be limited to computers within a shared office, or span across multiple offices and locations

But of options that eliminate the need to purchase multiple pieces of costly equipment when just one will handle the various jobs the machines offer multiple uses that might still be ideal for your office. In this present era Mobile Phone Devices are achieving highest rank and popularity and have increased communication power , it is more faster and reliable technology Device than Telephone. It is costly but faster way of communication.In the beginning Mobile Phone system was based on Symbion Networks which were only reliable for Sending messages and calls.

BUT, now, New system and technologies have been installed in Mobile Phones , Mobile Phone have been changed and thus the software, In present era Android Installed Software Mobiles are popular and are being used in advanced and successful business organizations Such as Tablet –Set phone with Android 1.1- 4.5 versions which are advanced till now.

Many Business Companies Install and make different system software to make their performance better and to bring more accuracy and to keep record for sales and purchase .Some of those software are described and explained below

Information services are one of the most common ICT-related categories for comprehensive agricultural value chains
