Lobby design strategy………
As we have space constringent in the third floor, so we have to play with lights / materials / wall Installation and arty-crafts.
The lobby is the main space for us to design. Currently there is contemporary design for each floors. We would like to propose a fresh look concept for the lobby. Since we have space constringent, we need make optimum utilization of the space
available. The lobby design has to be incredible thoughtful and also beautiful as it is the first
thing that one notices after entering the hotel.
Here we are proposing 420sq.ft lobby with lift access. As per existing layout we have 280 sq.ft lobby without lift access from lobby side. We are planning to open the
spaceand area so that customers will feel comfortable at the time of entry and during their stay. .

Nowadays, guest usually check rooms (online) before visiting the hotels where they wish to stay. They expect a special room
with great amenities for comfortable stay. Our approach is to make their stay as
comfortable as possible. Hence, we propose to create
easy and hassle free movement inside the rooms, making good use of the space available to
us
