“Moroccan Twilight” Date: Friday, June 2, 2017 Place: Cotillion Banquets 360 South Creekside Drive Palatine, Illinois Time: 7:00 - 11:30 pm Check in begins at 7:00 Dinner served promptly at 7:30 Dancing 9:00 - 11:30 Menu: Entree: Chicken ala Basil

Vegetarian Entree: Pasta Primavera

Note: All entrees must be ordered at ticket sales. All special meal requests must be mentioned at ticket sales. Music: Steve Edwards Orchestra Photographer: There will be a photo booth available for pictures. Coronation: Voting for Prom King and Queen will take place later in May and is only open to Seniors.

Ticket Sale Information

Prom Ticket Cost - $150.00 per couple and $ 75.00 per single Ticket Sales - Saturday, May 20, 2017 in the Community Room. Students will be able to purchase tickets from 10:00 a.m. until 11: 30 a.m. Late Ticket Sales Date – Tickets will need to be purchased after school in the Student Activities Office. The last day to purchase Prom tickets will be Friday, May 26th! No Exceptions!!!! All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges. Check or cash is accepted. Please make checks payable to Prospect High School. ALL DETENTIONS MUST BE FULFILLED TO PURCHASE TICKETS. ALL PEOPLE AT THE TABLE NEED TO BE APPROVED BY THE DEANS OR IT WILL DELAY YOUR BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS! You must obtain a Dean’s signature prior to entering the Community Room the day of tickets sales. NO DEANS WILL BE AVAILABLE THE DAY OF TICKET SALES! Refer to the floor plan to select your table. ONLY ONE PERSON PER COUPLE IS NECESSARY AT THE TIME OF TICKET PURCHASE. Be sure to select more than one table choice in case your first choice is taken. Print out a Prom Table Sheet. Forms will be available online beginning Monday, May 1st. On the day of ticket sales, please come prepared with all of the necessary information, the appropriate members of your party, and your payment. Guidelines for the Evening . . . Prom is a very special event. It is one in which you look forward to throughout your high school years. To ensure a beautiful and memorable evening... 1. Once you enter the prom, you will not be allowed to leave and reenter. Don’t

forget your camera or purse in the car.

2. All District 214 rules apply to Prom.

3. Prom is smoke-free regardless of age.

4. Guests who do not attend Prospect High School are to follow all District policies

as well. You are responsible for informing that person of the rules.

5. Dates over the age of 18 must understand that all District 214 rules apply to them

while in attendance at the Prom. If they choose to attend the Prom with you, they

must realize that all of the rules (i.e. no smoking, etc.) apply to them as well. You

are responsible for the conduct of your date.

6. Check in for Prom begins at 7:00 p.m. Dinner begins promptly at 7:30 p.m. Prom

concludes at 11:30 p.m.

7. Props such as canes, walking sticks, cigars, toy weapons, swords, etc. are not

allowed. Please check with one of the Deans if you are not clear about this policy.

8. Visitors are not allowed at the Prom. Please invite your family members to your

house prior to the prom.
