Red Lake Mining Division, Ontario Introduction: A prospecting program was carried out in selected areas of the Goodall Property of Fortune Tiger Resources during the period May 4 through 8, 2012. Work was carried out by Ray Koivisto and Jim Savage. Prospecting Targets: Prospecting target areas were chosen by staff of Clark Exploration Consulting Ltd., of Thunder Bay, ON., based on property compilation and evaluation of initial prospecting results carried out in 2011. Target areas are briefly described below, and are shown on Drawing GDL-12-07 which accompanies this report. Frey Goodall #1: Historic surface sample results up to 5.11 g/t Au. Old trenches hosted in clastic sediments or along sedimentary-volcanic contact. Frey-Goodall #2: Possible location of old Portage Showing (reported Au values of up to 415 g/t Au in an old prospectus by Medicine Rock gold Mines Ltd.). Portage Showing: Possible alternate location of old Portage Showing. Frey Goodall #4: Reported old trenches with auriferous quartz veins near point of island. East Hill: Historic rock sample values up to 2.90 g/t Au. Daily Log, Ray Koivisto and Jim Savage: May 2, 2011: Preparation for field (Koivisto) May 3, 2012: (Koivisto and Savage) Mobilize from Thunder Bay to Woman River Camp May 4, 2012: (Koivisto and Savage) Prospecting Frey Goodall #4 area. Access by boat from Woman River Camp. Area with mainly felsic volcanics and minor

intermediate volcanics. Old trench located and sampled. Locally rubbly quartz-calcite veining on east shore of island has possible association with east shear. Topography is less than 20m relief, over-mature mixed bush, 60% blowdown with regeneration. 7 grab samples (1291501 – 1291507) collected. May 5, 2012: (Koivisto and Savage) Prospected Frey Goodall #2 area. Access by boat from Woman River Camp. Old trenches exposing a wide (~6m) carbonatized zone on lake shore. Barren to trace sulphides. Host rock is intermediate volcanics. Forest cover is mixed conifers and minor birch and poplar. Relief less than 10m. 6 samples (1291508 – 1291513) collected. May 6, 2012: (Koivisto and Savage) Prospected Portage and East Hill Showings. Access by boat from Woman River Camp. Area of Portage Showing mainly underlain by intermediate volcanics. Sample 1291516 located near fault shown on map. Blocky and fracturesd area. Over-mature mixed bush with blowdown and regeneration. Topographic relief less than 10m. 3 samples (1291514 – 1291516) taken. East Hill samples were collected from a shear zone (at least 20m in width) cutting mafic volcanics. Over-mature mixed bush. 4 samples (1291517 – 1291520) collected. May 8, 2012: (Koivisto and Savage) Prospected Frey Goodall #1 Showings. 1 pit and 3 trenches located. Host rocks consist of metasediments with quartzite, quartz veins, graphite, chert, hematite, minor carbonatization and gossanous on surface. Shearing generally trends 65°, some veining strikes 45°. Scattered po, sb. Bush is thick blowdown. 8 samples (1291521 – 1291528) collected. May 9, 2012 (Koivisto and Savage) Demobilized to Thunder Bay May 11, 2012 (Koivisto) Debriefing with Clark Exploration Consulting Ltd., samples delivered to Accurassay Labs. Sample locations and descriptions are shown on the Sample Description Tables attached below. Results: Assay results are shown on the Accurassay Laboratories Ltd. assay sheet attached. Sample 1291524 assayed 0.455 g/t gold. The sample was a grab from the Frey Goodall #1 showing area and consisted of siliceous quartzitic rock with thin bands of pyrite and minor graphite.
