At Anurag, we brought the best instructors to teach students management skills and technical proficiency. Decades of experience in higher education earned us distinguished academic achievement and are a testament to our excellence. To maintain such standards, we are continually investing in faculty member training and program infrastructure.
From the beginning, our vision was to congregate the brightest mind around a flourishing and conducive academic environment. As founder and chairman, I welcome all aspirants to embark on a journey of learning and fulfillment at Anurag. I'm confident they will become competent professionals able to face the present-day global challenges.

Dr. U.B. DesaiChancellorDr. Desai received the B.Tech. from IIT, Kanpur, M.S. from the State University of New York, USA and Ph.D. from The Johns Hopkins University, USA. He was the founding Director of IIT, Hyderabad. He served as a faculty at Washington State University and IIT Bombay. He also served in the capacity of Dean of Students at IIT-Bombay and has been a visiting professor at Arizona State University, Purdue University, and Stanford University.
Dr. Syeda Sameen FatimaRegistrarDr. Sameen Fatima did her B.Tech. from JNTU, M.Phil. from the University of Hyderabad, M.S. from the University of Massachusetts, USA and Ph.D. from Osmania University. Dr. Sameen has over 33 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration in India, USA and UAE. She worked in Osmania University, University of Massachusetts, USA and BITS Pilani, Dubai in various capacities. She was the first woman principal of the College of Engineering, Osmania University.
Dr. Ramachandram Sirandas Vice ChancellorDr. Ramachandram Sirandas did his B.Tech., M.Tech. and Ph.D. from Osmania University. Dr. Ramchandram has over 35 years of experience in teaching, research and administration in well-reputed educational institutions all over south India. He started his career as a teaching faculty at Indian Institute of Computer Technology, Cochin and went on to become the Vice-Chancellor of Osmania University in 2016. He published around 25 peer-reviewed research papers in national and international conferences. He was also very much involved in various R & D projects during his tenure and guided more than 25 doctoral students.
Dr. K.S RaoDirectorDr. K.S Rao did his B.Tech. from KITS and M.Tech. from REC, Warangal and Ph.D. from VRCE, Nagpur. He was instrumental in establishing several technical institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He had published several papers in National and International Journals/ Conferences. His areas of interest include Microprocessors, Signal Processing, VLSI Design, and Neural Networks. Dr. Rao has guided six doctoral students. Dr. Rao is the Director for Anurag Group of Institutions (AGI).

Dr. Palla Rajeshwar ReddyDr. Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, the founder of the Anurag Group, is a visionary in building the educational ecosystem of Telangana and erstwhile Andhra Pradesh for more than two decades. He did his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Osmania University and started his academic career as a faculty. Dr. Reddy started Anurag Group in the year 1998 with undergraduate courses in science and arts.
Prof. K. Rama ReddyAn indispensable asset to the institution’s progress, Prof. Reddy has M.S. and Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He worked as faculty, researcher, and administrator for more than four decades in some of the best universities in the USA and India. Prof. Reddy published more than 150 research papers and four books.
Neelima SuryadevaraMrs. Neelima did her B.Tech. from JNTU, Hyderabad, and M.Tech. from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She served as an Engineer in Transco for over two and a half decades. She assumed the role of Managing Trustee of the Gayathri Educational and Cultural Trust, which runs Anurag Group and is actively participating in regular day to day activities of Anurag Group for the last decade.
Krishna PallaKrishna received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, and Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University. Krishna has 20 years of experience in the technology industry, designing and implementing large- scale enterprise applications and strategizing digital transformation for a multitude of customers ranging from Internet startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Anurag PallaAnurag completed his B.Tech. from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, and Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA. After completing his Post Graduation, he returned to India in order to add value to his family-run Anurag Group institutions. He also co-founded an EduTech company, Hamzek Solutions.
Dr. G. Vishnu MurthyDean, School of Engineering
Dr. Vishnu Murthy Gunda received B.Tech., M.Tech and Ph.D. in CSE from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has more than 20 years of experience in academia. He has around 80 publications in International journals and conferences.
Dr. Vasudha BhakshiDean, School of Pharmacy
She has obtained M.Pharm. from Manipal University and Ph.D. from SNDT University, Mumbai. She received SRF from the Department of Biotechnology, Govt of India. Dr. Vasudha has published over 90 research papers and has 4 patents. She has experience of 20 years in teaching and research.
Dr. V. Vijay KumarDean, Research & Development
He received an integrated M.S. from USSR and his Ph.D. from JNTU, Hyderabad. He guided 28 research scholars for Ph.D. and published more than 100 research articles in international journals and conferences. He worked in JNTUH and in many other renowned technical institutions at various capacities. He has total 25 years of experience in academics.
Dr. K. Sudheer ReddyDean, Academics and Planning
Dr. Sudheer Reddy obtained his Ph.D. from Nagarjuna University. He has published over 12 research papers. He has about 15 years of experience in Software Development, Software Project Management, Education, Research, Technology Adoption, Talent Fulfillment Function (TAFF).
Dr. M. Mutha ReddyDean, Examinations
Dr. Mutha Reddy did his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Osmania University. He started his career in Osmania University as a faculty and worked for over three and a half decades in various capacities including the registrar of the university. He published several research papers in national and international journals.

Technical ClubsThe Technical Clubs at Anurag nurtures the students to learn state-of-the-art technologies and encourages the student community to exhibit their talent by participating in a series of hackathons hosted jointly by various collaborators on societal relevant problems. Dozen-plus awards won by the students for developing innovative solutions help boost the energy levels of the students and keep these clubs active.
IUCEE ANNUAL STUDENT FORUM Annual Student Forum (IASF) is a platform for the engineering students of India to come together and work on diverse and varied problem statements.
This year’s theme was “Addressing Grand Challenges of the 21st century”.
We here at Anurag, believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and the world, which made TEDxAGI, a truly memorable event of 2019. Several eminent personalities like Praveen Kumar (IPS), Nag Ashwin (Award-winning Director for Mahanati), Lokesh Nathany, Tanya Mittal (Miss India), Olly Esse (Italian DJ) and other notable speakers from all walks of life including artists, entrepreneurs and social activists have come onto the TEDxAGI platform to engage our students with their ideas of changing our society for better.

SEVENTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TRANSFORMATIONS IN ENGINEERING EDUCATIONICTIEE – 2020 during January 5th to 8th, with the theme “Socio - Humanistic Approach in Engineering Education” was organized to share emerging and innovative practices in teaching and learning methodologies in collaboration with IUCEE, IFEES and ASEE. The events include 10 pre-conference workshops, 18 keynote addresses from renowned intellectuals across the globe, 127 paper presentations with 9 parallel sessions on various sub themes and cultural programs. 113 selected papers were published in the prestigious Journal JEET which is Scopus indexed.
The technical education in the Telangana state has become more qualitative and the students have become much more employable due to the proactive measures taken by the Govt. of Telangana. I can see that Anurag was quick to adopt these measures which benefited its students immensely.
