What is Always Active Technology?

‘Always Active’ Technology is a new HD (high

density) Termite Recruitment Bait that has been

designed to work in the harsh Australian climate.

The new bait now has the added bonus of being

able to remain active in the ground for up to five

years before needing to be replaced, unless

consumed by termites.

This is the next evolution on the old Sentricon 2

system that first required timber monitoring

devices to encourage the termites to start

foraging on the timber monitors before we could

introduce the recruitment bait.

‘Always Active’ means the bait is already in

place as the termites forage and feed, starting

the process of eliminating the colony sooner,

providing year round protection to your home.

How many site visits will I require?

With Sentricon ‘Always Active’ the average

servicing required for an active or “heavy

pressure” site is a minimum of three visits annually

and for a non-active site with no evidence or

“low pressure” a minimum of two visit.

This may vary depending on what is found on site

after each service.

Do I need to be home?

You will only need to be home once a year for

the annual visual termite inspection but if

required the Sentricon Clerk will be in contact to

arrange a suitable date and time to work in with

your schedule.

We offer capped price servicing with no hidden

costs. Included in the Annual Termite

Management price is all site visits, an annual

visual termite inspection to internal and external

areas of your property and a component

replacement guarantee.
