We were looking for a replacement alarm company to improve our new store installation processes, daily reporting and update the communication technology. Im pleased Protection 1 was able to hand our 300+ stores on a national level, at pricing we could afford.

    I was relieved to see how smoothly the installations went. We were able to convert the stores in a six week period with surprisingly few issues. Well done!

    Since the installations in February, weve enjoyed hassle free operations. The dual communication technology has improved overall reliability and resulted in a more effective service.     We initially selected Protection 1 not only because of their reputation but because of their superior pricing. Over the last 90 days we installed approximately 600 store locations and I must tell you the majority of the installs went without a hitch. Protection 1 delivered on what they promised; speedy installs with no issues.
