Using HomeCarePlus is Easy.Leave the repair bills to us! If something goes wrong with a covered service plan item:

1. Call our toll-free claims number. An experienced representative will take your information and verify that the item is covered under the terms of your contract. You will then receive the “go-ahead” to have the item fixed or replaced.

2. Select your own local contractor to come to your home to inspect the item. If you need assistance selecting or finding one, we’ll be glad to assist you.

3. The contractor will assess the problem, contact our office and then repair/replace the item, as directed.

Protect Your New or Pre-Owned Home — Select the Choice that Fits Your Needs:We offer different protection plans and either one can save you money if and when things go wrong. Both plans offer renewable terms, ask your sales representative for pricing on each.

• New Homes 5 or 7 year terms Partial Coverage: Includes systems and appliance coverage only

Full Coverage: Includes structure, systems and appliance coverage

• Pre-Owned Homes 1,2, and 3 year terms available depending on the title year of your home

Now Offering an Optional $50 or $100 Deductible for Each Claim!Regardless of the cost of the repair or replacement, there’s only a $50 or $100 deductible for each claim.

All you have to do is pay the deductible directly to the contractor. The contractor will contact us for the rest of the money due. Please know that all contractors are different and some may require full payment at the time of service. If this is the case, we will quickly reimburse you for the cost of the repair/replacement, less your $50 or $100 deductible.
