To the best of my knowledge, all annual inspection fees have been paid, most recently, on February 2,2015 (Attachment A). The first notice I have of this debtwas the Notice of Hearing dated September 11,2015. An update on the current ownership of this property: One half of this property, formerly owned by the Maril Myers Trust, has been transferred to Tara K. Myers. Attachments B and C. My wife, Manl Myers, died February 12,2014, and the Bundy property was the last asset to be transferred from the trust to her daughter Tara effective September 23, 2014. The final tax return for the Maril Myers Trust was submitted this year, and the Maril Myers Trust is closed. The other half of the property, currently held by the Buttrey Trust, is in the process of being transferred to Thane K. Myers, Wendell Butterys grandson and Maril and my son Margaret Buttrey, the former Trustee of the Buttrey Trust, died February 12,2012 (yes, exactly two years before Maril), and her daughter Terri Butts and I are now the co- Trustees of the Buttrey Trust. RE: 2876 South Bundy Drive, Los Angeles, Ca, APN 4257-015-073

As the Trustee of the former Maril Myers Trust, now closed, and current Co-Trustee of the Tara Myers Trust and Buttrey Trust, I protest the $902.72 charge by the LA City Building and Safety Department, and proposed lien against the property at 2876 South Bundy Drive (“The Bundy Property”). To the best of my knowledge, all annual inspection fees have been paid, most recently, on February 2,2015 (Attachment A). The first notice I have of this ‘debt’ was the Notice of Hearing dated September 11,2015.

An update on the current ownership of this property: One half of this property, formerly owned by the Maril Myers Trust, has been transferred to Tara K. Myers. Attachments B and C.
