Prototype I THE POOL-HOUSE

A modern tropical houseA unique concept, designed by architect Vernon Daal is a great visualization of what tropical architecture has to offer. This design is noticeable, because of its charismatic appeal. By using highly insulating prefab materials, glass walls and as cherry on the cake a swimming pool on the roof, this house is a real eye catcher. With its size of 140 square meters this building offers a spacious living room, an ergonomically kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in closet.  The swimming poolBy creating a glass window inside the living room the house has a characteristic in sight of the pool. In other words, you can see people swim while sitting in the living room. In the evenings this window creates a panorama, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. A glass wall separates the garden with its terrace from the living room. A stairs is situated on the terrace, which leads to the roof where the pool and another terrace are located. To summarize, this building is a spacious, characteristic, tropical house that shows the best of tropical architecture.
