This prototype is a “chassis” for using two technologies:

� The stakeholder or group of stakeholders

I. STEP

Each stakeholder gets a stack of JOS, papercards, pencils

The JOS are about 30 cardsEach covering an aspect of work life

Unsorted list:

Work mainly with others, service, assist, teaching,Administration, creating/Designing, communication,Brain, with people,meetings & conferences, non-profit,Culture, facts & figures, nature, front-stage, work alone, culture, digital, manual, profit,archives/library, leading, finances, backstage, fulfill,Doing, planning,office, outdoors, computer-desk, Management,research, machines, production, learning & Studying, connect & empathy, production, science, body,

Each card has the aspect writtenat the top and a simple drawingthat represents the aspect.

On the backside there is space towrite.

First the stakeholder is asked to choose any of the cards that appeal To her/him without much thinking.

There is no minimum or Maximum limit.

On the backside of each chosen cardshe/he writes some associations she/he has to the aspect.

This may take about 10 to 20 min.

the stakeholder then puts her/his cards aside.

II. STEP

The stakeholder wrote:

Retail Market Research/Interviewing Publishing (books) Languages, Hospitality, University, Teaching

III. STEP

Each stakeholder is aked to intuit, remember, imagine ...Personal relevant fields of interestPersonal relevant fields of interestPersonal relevant fields of interestPersonal relevant fields of interestWrite them on a card I.e. An orange one;Assiociations on the backsideNo limits in quantity or area (ok, fields of interest should of course be legal and exclude harmng anybody)

The stakeholder wrote:

Language, culture, concepts for tourism, travel group guide, eco resort, travel / tourism, Indonesia

IV. STEP

One row: the cards with the industries

try to cluster The cards I.e. Digital, assist, administration, computer-Desk | work with others, service, communication, meetings & confernces | Culture, Brain, creating |Mangaement | manual | ...Some will just stand alone

The stakeholder & the facilitator look at the cards.

The stakeholder is asked to pick a favorite card of one of the areas.

V. STEP

Now take a deep breath and relax

The stakeholder & the facilitator start to combine cards; the Facilitator should encourage with knowledge and empathy. includeThe associations the job seeker has written on the back of the cards.

Create new card if necessary.

Combine until it feels good and has a realistic touch.

Now you have a personal Job Orientation about how to combine your Personal interests, talents, qualifications with professions &Industries.

VI. STEP

Write down the profiles & possibilities you created.

In the following days / weeks

Research job-profiles, job offers and companies/organizationsRelated to your profiles & possibilities

write your applications According to your fields of interests

Meet again with your facilitator 6 the group to discuss your Experiences & Finidings and try to improve your applications.

This principle can be adepted to digital tools too.

As this is a BIG PICTURE approach it is best to use an interactiveWhiteboard.
