ProTuner – maximum fuel savingsProTuner is the most powerful and complete fuel optimization system available today. It is the ONLY

device you need to control and optimize any HHO Hydrogen generator.

Built in intelligence, automatically turns on sensor manipulators in optimized order to produce the greatest

gains possible. Advanced circuitry maintains constant setting regardless of temperature fluctuations.

Perfect for any engine, operating on gasoline, diesel or LPG. A universal fit transferable to any other

vehicle.

VersatilityTune like a pro or just keep it simple. Start with a single wire connection or connect all the sensors and let

ProTuner completely remap the fuel system. It will make your car think it is driving down a hill and save

lots of fuel! The more sensors you connect and tune, the greater are the fuel saving results.

Ease of UseThe digital LCD display shows the sensor adjustment settings. The simple 3 button interface allows you to

tune the sensors and regulate the HHO settings.

New featuresProTuner now includes factory preset settings from conservative to aggressive tuning. You can get started

without having to learn the technical aspects of tuning.

ProTuner controls all the sensors of the fueling system. Most importantly, it balances the signals of the

sensors and maintains harmony within the computer system, which is the key to the greatest fuel savings.

ProTuner controls the following sensors:* MAP – Manifold Absolute Pressure

* MAF – Mass Air Flow

* IAT – Intake Air Temperature

* ECT – Engine Coolant Temperature

* Analog EFIE (rear O2 sensors)

* Digital EFIE (strong manipulation for front O2 sensors)

Features a built-in CCPWM

CCPWMmeans the current and HHO flow rate remain constant even when the generator heats up,

providing the best performance and gains.

ProTuner Advantages:* True Digital device

* Internal voltage regulator ensures stable operation and compatibility with any vehicle

* A universal fit transferable to any other vehicle

* Start up delay: soft “ON” transition after 45 seconds, lets your car warm up first

* CCPWM maintains constant, accurate HHO flow rate for maximum gains

* Simple adjustments

* Best quality and value available today

EFIE Specifications:* Good for all cars with narrow or wide band sensors

* Dual, Narrow Band EFIE; TRUE digital output (0.12 OR 0.9 Volts). Digital Output helps prevent

false “Check Engine” light message

* Dual, Wide Band EFIE; precision output (0-1500 uA) provides full control over the fuel

consumption.

CCPWM Specifications:* Compatible with 12 Volt and 24 Volt vehicles

* Maximum Load: 40 amps

* Output: PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) for controlling DC loads

* Output Frequency : 300 Hz FIXED

* Fully adjustable DC Pulse Width; output range from 0% to 100%

Handling electronicsSimple carbureted engines do not have O2 sensors that direct the vehicle computer(ECU). That means the installation is most simple; just install an HHO generator andenjoy the savings. A PWM controller is recommended to set and maintain constantHHO flow to the engine. Most modern fuel injected gasoline cars have O2 sensors.

When HHO supplementation device is used, gasoline burns more completely andefficiently. However, if the air fuel ratio is not reduced, there will be a noticeableincrease in power but NOT in fuel economy. An Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer (EFIE ) is required to deal with O2 sensors to achieve maximum economy gains onthese vehicles. Most diesels vehicles do not have O2 sensors and will achieve goodeconomy gains simply by installing HHO. However, you will get much better resultsif you manipulate IAT, CTS and MAP sensors with a ProTuner.To get the most out of your HHO system:1. Limit and control HHO flow rate with a Constant Current Pulse Width Modulator2. Use ProTuner or EFIE to increase air-fuel ratio and improve the engine economy.

Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer (EFIE)The purpose of the EFIE is to make the necessary adjustments to the oxygen sensor’ssignal. It tricks your car’s computer to maximize efficiency gains when using HHOgenerator. Our EFIEs are designed to handle both wide and narrow band sensortypes; they fit any vehicle and can be transferred from one car to another.

Why trick the computer?Adding HHO to an engine allows it to operate with leaner (less gasoline) air-fuelratios while still maintaining the same performance. The vehicle computer monitorsthe O2 sensors in the exhaust and decides how much fuel to use at any given time.EFIE electronically alters the O2 sensor signal so the computer does not interferewith the operation of HHO

Why do I want digital?Most EFIEs available today are analog; they simply add a voltage to the O2 sensorsignal. The problem is that you get “Out of Bounds” with the adjusted signal andtrigger the “Service Engine” light. The computer will ignore this “illegal” sensorvoltage, considering the O2 sensor as malfunctioning, proceed into safe engine modeand consume even more gasoline. Our digital EFIE is a true digital device telling thecomputer to add more or less fuel by sending one of two “authorized” signals. Thisdigital EFIE will not trigger the “Service Engine” light.

Do I need an EFIE for a diesel engine?Vehicles with carburetors and diesels that are not equipped with O2 sensors do notrequire an EFIE.

What is a PWM circuit?

A pulse circuit rapidly turns your HHO generator on and off. You set the percentageof on time to allow the fine tuning of the HHO flow rate. Setting the PWM to 50%,means you get half the HHO flow. Hydrogen generators (aka electrolysis) producesubstantial heat, which, if not controlled or dissipated, can build up and boil thewater. PWMs limit current and heat build up in the generator.

Why do I need a PWM?PWMs allow the use of highly efficient electrolytes such as KOH/NaOH bycontrolling the current inside the generator. Thus, the generator can have higheroutput and less heat build up.We recommend using PWM if:

1. You use KOH/NaOH2. You are someone who does not want to experiment to get the flow rate optimizedand would prefer a little convenience.3. You live in a warm climate and/or require the generator to work near its maximumflow rate

Why Constant Current Pulse Width Modulation (CCPWM)?Engine needs a constant supply of HHO. Unlike Regular PWMs, a CCPWM does notallow the HHO generator to keep increasing its flow rate (HHO output) as it warmsup and/or on hot days. Other systems let the HHO keep getting hotter and drawingmore current, an issue called “Thermal Runaway”; a condition that eventually leadsto boiling the water in the HHO generator. For example, if you set the generator to 10amps; it can increase up to 15 amps when hot. This is undesirable as your set uprequires a regulated HHO flow and would otherwise be constantly blowing fuses.CCPWM prevents this problem by maintaining its original set point under allconditions.

ProTuner - the greatest gains possibleAdding an EFIE signal manipulator to a hydrogen setup increases the economy. Italso creates conflict in the computer system amongst the various sensor readings.While this is acceptable and normal, the economy gains will be limited by the amountof sensor conflict that specific vehicle will tolerate. ProTuner solves this problem bymanipulating more engine sensors, reducing conflict and by restoring harmony withinthe system. It gives “permission” to the vehicle to use less fuel, thereby improvingeconomy. If your vehicle is equipped with MAP and IAT sensors, ProTuner is thebest choice for you. This electronic controller is the most comprehensive, best value

HHO tuner. Its sophisticated and “gentle” manipulation of engine sensors allowsunsurpassed improvement in fuel economy.Sensor manipulation - HHO configurations and economy gainsIndividual results will vary GREATLY, depending on the quality of install, amountof HHO injected, type of vehicle and the type and number of sensors you manipulate.

HHO alone: 10-25%HHO + EFIE: 15-35% (using EFIE or EFIE/PWM Combo unit)HHO + EFIE + IAT + MAP and more: 30-60% (using ProTuner)
