Scale-up of gasification technology is one of the technical issues.

- optimization of waste charging and combustion conditions.

Our gasification (Direct Melting System) gradually expands its capacity, during 35

years and leach the capacity of 14 t/h per line.

3. Summary

NSENGI Group has a capability to provide various solutions for clients.

(gasification, incineration and others)

The Direct Melting System can achieve both the energy and material

recovery from waste without any pre- and post treatment.

Technology reliability of gasification such as capacity, availability and

performance is the key issue for deploying in the UK.

Especially, scale-up of gasification technology is one of the key technical

issues. NSENGI has overcome this issue with scaling-up step by step.

The Direct Melting System, which as the proven capacity and availability, is

one of the most reliable gasification technology in the world.
