Advantages of an On-site Dental Lab
Our pract ice has invested in a comprehensive range of dent istry tools so
that we can provide the highest level of care and ensure our pat ients?
last ing sat isfact ion. One such tool we ut ilize is the TRIOS® intraoral
scanner. In addit ion to taking opt ical impressions of your teeth, this device
can also measure the precise shade of your smile. Our CAD/CAM milling
machine is manufactured by Zirkonzahn®, widely considered to be the top
brand in restorat ive dent istry.
Having access to such a broad range of technological innovat ions can
benefit you in several ways. One of the most significant benefits is an
increased turnaround t ime creat ing restorat ions. We have a dedicated
ceramist who draws upon extensive experience and training to create
restorat ions that are virtually indist inguishable from natural teeth.
Finally, our in-office laboratory gives us greater flexibility. Many offices
that offer same-day care are only able to provide single-tooth restorat ions.
Thanks to our advanced technology, we can often restore mult iple teeth in
one appointment and perform on-site adjustments when necessary.

YES WE DO NEED TO SEE YOU REGULARLY!
If you take good care of your teeth, brushing at least twice daily and flossing once a day, you may not think regular professional checkups and cleanings are necessary, but there are good reasons to visit our office.
Regular cleanings mean regular plaque removal. While brushing and flossing are essent ial, these act ivit ies can?t reach nooks and crannies in your mouth where food debris hide, plaque builds up and hardens into tartar, bacteria can lead to cavit ies, and other threatening issues.
A professional prophylaxis removes plaque and tartar to prevent both cavit ies and gum disease.
Regular checkups allow dent ists to detect small problems before they become larger ones. The trained eye of a dent ist coupled with diagnost ic technology means that small cavit ies can be treated when they are easy to restore, and gingivit is can be overcome before it threatens the root of teeth.
Regular contact between our office and our pat ients is important to a healthy dent ist-pat ient relat ionship. Your dental health is important to us. The t ime that you spend in the dental chair is your opportunity to ask quest ions and learn about all the ways we can work together to keep your teeth as healthy as can be for as long as possible.
