THE BEST OF THE SCHOOL OF LIFE

    CONDENSED INTO ONE WEEK

How can we make our lives more fullling? How can we enjoy

better relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and most

of all ourselves? How can we best negotiate the challenges of

modern life, while staying true to our core values? How can

we make the most of our potential and understand our limits?

This intensive week draws on the very best of The School of

Lifes unique programme of classes, workshops and special

events to give you the chance to step outside your daily

existence and think productively about your strengths andweaknesses, values and priorities, goals and dreams. We

wont provide a one-size-ts-all prescription, but, through a

combination of activity and discussion, we will equip you with

better tools and strategies to help you nd your own answers.

And well help you make a robust plan for incorporating what

youve learnt into every aspect of your life.

This week is suitable both for those who are new to The School

of Life as well as those who have already attended our classes

but want to push their thinking further.
