Mona Sul l ivan (Founder and Chef) grew up in Cal i fornia and moved to Vergennes, Vermont in 2012 with her husband Jon Sul l ivan (Co-Founder and Native Vermonter) .

Out West , Mona honed a keen sense of good food and local ly-sourced ingredients in the markets of Santa Barbara and San Francisco. Now in Vermont, they have found simi lar ly great local producers, whoare more l imited in their distr ibut ion and avai labi l i ty .
