ORIGIN:Raquel Vergara has always led a charmed life. With wealthy Italian parents, young Raquel spent her

childhood travelling around the world, educated by private tutors and mingling with other children of

privilege. While spending a summer in Milan, Raquels beauty got her noticed by a well-known designer who

demanded that she model his spring line. She did, and Raquel took the fashion world by storm. Her fame has

been growing steadily since then, especially after she gained her powers. It happened during a shoot in Hong

Kong, on the observation deck of the Bank of China Tower. Halfway through the session, an unexpected

meteor shower lit up the night sky. Faster than anyone could react, one especially bright streak shot out ofthe sky and slammed into Raquel, engulfing her in flames and knocking her off the building. When she finally

stopped screaming, Raquel opened her eyes and realized that she was neither burned nor splattered on the

Hong Kong sidewalk. In fact, she was hovering in the air, many miles away from Victoria Harbour. Raquel

doesnt know what it was that fell from the sky or how it imparted the fiery powers shes since manifested.

But, like her modeling career, Raquel sees it as another adventure that just fell into her charmed lap. She

will eventually come to learn just how wrong she is.

can only be resisted with passive defenses. Unlike normal attacks, you can use this multiple times on the

same page without suffering any penalties. (Defensive: You can also use your 8d Energy Field rank as adefense against physical objects and weapons).

Fame: You enjoy moderate fame, both in your own right and as the hero Combustion.

Flight:You can fly. At 7d, you can travel up to 120 miles per hour.

Gear:Being fairly wealthy, you have access to almost any mundane items you want.

Medical:This trait covers everything from basic first aid to neurosurgery.

Might:Your physical strength; its used when attacking with melee weapons or your bare hands and when

throwing heavy objects (use Athletics when throwing light objects); its also used when grappling . You can

lift up to 250 pounds.

Perception:Your physical senses, empathy, intuition, and general level of awareness.

Professional:Reflects what you know as a result of your career or profession.

Riding:Combines riding, caring for animals, and mounted combat.

Science:Your knowledge of all scientific topics.

Stealth:Your ability to do things like hide, move quietly, and follow people surreptitiously.

Streetwise:Your knowledge of the criminal underworld and your ability to interact with it.

Survival:Wilderness survival in all environments.

Technology:The use, repair, and even creation of mechanical and technological items.
