This provides a setting for development that respects its surroundings, embraces the needs of people and nature and will sustain over time.

our place rethinking neighbourhoodsWe enable people to take pride in their surroundings. This starts by listening to clients, residents and stakeholders to understand the existing neighbourhood. Rigorous analysis highlights issues and opportunities. We prioritise clear, safe movement routes linking destinations that encourage walking and cycling. We re-energise the public realm with activity, art and nature, creating lively and distinctive places that reinforce identity, foster respect and neighbourhood community.
