ANDY ESBENSHADE

I was born in Lancaster County and have lived here my entire life. My family dates back nine generations in Lancaster County.

I entered the real estate industry in the late 1980’s and have been with the same real estate group for my entire career. I have been an award-winning top producing agent for many years. I specialize in many areas of the business including historic homes, city homes, suburban homes, luxury estates, condos, new construction, investment properties, real estate development & relocation. I also handle commercial real estate, including industrial properties, office buildings, restaurants and liquor licenses, along with many other uses.

I am a city kid at heart, having lived in Lancaster City for 40 years, graduating from McCaskey High School in 1975. I also attended Millersville University and have been very active in the community, having been involved in many great organizations including the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership (LHOP), and the Economic Development Group of the Lancaster Campaign.

My wife, Lisa, and I reside in Manor Township. We enjoy our home as well as many outdoor and cultural activities. We feel very lucky to be Lancastrians.
