PSN to exist?
To reduce the cost of public sector infrastructure
Saving? – Around £350m
What is the first and most important reason for the
PSN to exist?
To create the conditions for new public sector
service models to be created
Saving? – £50bn upwards
So far we have communicated PSN to the people
responsible for delivering PSN
We now need to communicate with the people
responsible for exploiting it.
We need to create demand from people owning the
business problem
£80bn spending deficit is a business problem
28% reductions in police and local authority
budgets is a business problem
£1 trillion UK debt is a business problem

Stage 2 – CxO Summit, invitation only.

Stage 3 – Analysis of financial impact through
creation of new service models and better
collaboration
