PSP produced over 200 graphic display standees for the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, honoring a lifetime of dynamic illustration of renowned artist Jack Davis. In the works for over 3 years, PSP coordinated, project managed, produced and deployed over 10 different versions of colorful, and playful graphics in mightee mount floor bases for health-related informational signage, throughout the airport, for a campaign effort advocating a “Good Neighbor” program to support messaging about the importance of washing your hands during flu season.

The artwork for the graphic standees were original drawings completed by famous artist Jack Davis exclusively for the HJA International airport. The drawings highlight Jack Davis’ playful illustration style and messaging, and honor his work for all to see. Davis (1924 – 2016), having recently passed away, makes these graphic artworks a refection of his work and his long career as an internationally recognized American cartoonist and illustrator, known for his advertising art, magazine covers, film posters and more .

Execution:These works were packaged by terminal for a quick and easy deployment at the airport. And to make re-installation possible on an annual basis, PSP also produced small metal engraved Emblem tags that were epoxied to specified locations on the floor in the airport so that each standee could be quickly displayed as HJA brings them out year after year for a quick and easy deployment.
