INFORMING THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT A QUORUM IS PRESENT IN THE SENATE, AND THAT THIS BODY HAS ENTERED UPON THE EXERCISE OF ITS FUNCTIONS FOR THE SECOND REGULAR SESSION OF THE SEVENTEENTH CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES

Resolved by the Senate, That the House of Representatives be informed that aquorum is present in the Senate, and that this Body has entered upon the exercise of itsfunctions for the Second Regular Session of the Seventeenth Congress of the Philippines.
