Terms& Conditions 1. Tender documents can only be downloaded from website https:/leproc.punjab.gov.in 2. All the prospective bidders who have been enlisted with PSTCL, PSPCL, erstwhile PSEB
Pb PWD/B&R, MES, Railways & have satisfactorily executed similar work as specified in the DNITare requested to get their digital signatures, register themselves on the web site https://eproc.punjab.gov.in and get conversant with the process of online submission of tenders well in time so as to submit the tender by the due deadline.
3 It is informed that in case tender process is not completed due to any reason, no
corrigendum will be published in newspapers. Details regarding corrigendum may be seen on official PSTCL website www.pstcl.org

The tenderers shall be required to submit 2% of tendered amount as Earnest 5.
Money through Online mode only. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Tenderer will have to comply with all the rules and

regulations under factory act, Industrial disputes act, E.P.F Act., Labour Laws and Bonus
Act & Retrenchment compensation etc. and must have GST No. & EPF No., ESI No. 7. Tender received through telex or Fax/e-mail shall not be acepted 8. The competent authority reserves the rights to reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason.
9 In case the date of opening of tenders happens to be a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Tenderers who prime facie meets aforesaidqualifying requirement should participate only. However, downloading of tender documents
shall not automatically construe qualification of the tenderer for the award of the work which shall again be determined during bid evaluation.
10. The completion time of the work is as under: 1. Civil Works not related with Grid works- 180 days. 2. Civil works related with completion of Grid Works- 45 days after completion of
Grid Works. 45 days includes mobilization period of 10 days. 11. Technical bids will be evaluated after opening of EMD. After evaluation of technical bids price bids of the qualifying bidders will be opened.
