However, while quite a few UNE students investigated#pstn, few actually joined the project to participate

What was evident was that many struggled inseeing Twitter as a social media for professionaluse having been indoctrinated with use of othermediums for personal sharing of content.

..interactedin different ways – many in class time andothers when they were reminded while a few becameregular sharers of content both class related andprofessionally related.

Only a small handful of students have startedusing Twitter, with a similar number starting anindividual blog. Participation in #pstn has beenvery limited.
