It all Started at Fluor oil terminal construction project in Cilacap

(1973-1977 & 1981-1986, when MrSolichin work, and gain a lot of

experience from this project

PT. EPTCO Dian Persada has primary and continuing commitment to the protection from accidental loss to its employees and property. The Supervisor shall be accountable for all aspects of safety performance, including the application of company procedures, codes of practice and applicable regulations. To achieve this commitment and to maintain a positive HSE environment in which safety comes first, PT. EPTCO Dian Persada will ensure:

HSE Policy

1. The requirement that every employee conducts its operations

to the highest achievable standards of Health and Safety with

ZERO ACCIDENT rates as the target.

2. Carry out regular inspections to identify and reduce potential

hazards. Conduct internal audits to a schedule and “follow

up” the results for accident prevention as early as possible.

3. Develop training for all employees and encourage them to

suggest ideas by sharing information and hold two way

communication sessions.

4. Develop emergency plans and procedures to respond

promptly and efficiently to incidents, whether they be of an

occupational health, safety and environmental or security

nature, thus minimizing their impact on the company and

others.

5. Ensure that each field activity has an accident/incident

reporting procedure and each event is fully investigated,

documented and costed.

Environmental Policy

PT.EPTCO Dian Persada recognize the importance of safe guarding the environment wherever its conducts its activities. It undertakes to continually seek to improve its operating procedures and equipment in line with the following Environmental Policies:

1. It will observe all applicable environmental, health, hazardous

material transportation and similar laws and regulating. Every

employee is expected to carry out the spirit as well as the

intent of is policy.

2. All new operations or changes to existing operations will

address any possible adverse environmental impact prior to

their implementation.

3. Protection of employees, the public, customers and the

environment is the prime consideration.

4. The line management responsible for Operations will assess

the environmental impact of all materials currently used or

proposed for use in operations.

Environmental Policy

5. The use of materials which are of a hazardous nature to the

individual employee, public at large or the environment will

be minimized. Such materials should be replaced,

wherever possible, with alternative materials of an

environmentally friendly nature.

6. The line management responsible for operations will

control, wherever feasible, waste generation and onsite

disposal together with toxic and criteria pollutant emissions.

7. Work will be planned in such a way that spills and

unintended releases will be avoided.

8. Line managers will promote environmental concern

among employees and generate an awareness of the

impact to their activities on the environment. They should

encourage employees to identify and promptly

communicate environmental matters of concern to senior

management or the safety and environmental group.

Human Resources Department at Eptco Jakarta have a function and

continuous coordination to support the existing department at each

project of Eptco Dian Persada and ensuring the needs of manpower

are fulfilled based on the site requirements. In its capacity as Human

Resources to continuously develop high-quality resources thoroughly

ensuring the work performance by each department at project

locations in accordance with the implementation of ISO quality

management system.

Human Resources Department of Eptco Dian Persada have been

performing manpower requirement in very selective way to ensure

with supply of potential candidates before the user conducting

interview and final selection. As fulfillment of our commitment in

Eptco Dian Persada project is being undertaken. This has been
