RE-RAILING EQUIPMENTLUKAS Re-Railing systems work with hydraulics, allowing effortless lifting and lateral shifting of even the heaviest rail vehicles. The required oil pressure is generated by a high-quality motor pump, while the load can be lifted and lowered and the hydraulic cylinders laterally shifted with precision from the control desk.

The In-Bearer Clamplock Point Actuation System is of a modular design enabling it to be installed or retrofitted into most rail networks. Incorporating a direct rail lock and detection for interface with the signalling system, the in-bearer technology is available with either hydraulic or electro-mechanical drives and can utilise a predictive maintenance system to ensure minimal downtime due to maintenance.

Power Team’s Portable High Tonnage Hydraulic Jack range has expanded to included the 100T, 686mm stroke, pendant controlled Portable Hydraulic Jack.

This impressive hydraulic jack is driven by the ever reliable PA55 series Power Team air pump and provides an impressive 686mm of stroke, making it the solution to a multitude of industrial applications. Operator safety is increased by utilising the 6.1 metre remote pendant control which enables the operator to control the jack from a safe distance.

It’s robust frame and sturdy wheels enable use and mobility in the toughest of conditions, whilst the Power Team 100T double acting cylinder makes short work of heavier lifts.

The cylinder is fitted with a counter-balance valve ensuring smooth lowering of the load and increased operator safety.

Easy to configure software allows setup of the unit as any combination of the types above. For instance if a location case contains a track circuit and a set of points, the SA380TX can be set to monitor them both simultaneously. The unit is preloaded with profiles that automatically connect to the NR Intelligent Infrastructure core system and talk standard NR XML across the link.

The unit is suitable for mounting in either relay rooms or location cases. Installation is straightforward with its form factor designed specifically to fit in a single BR930 relay position.
