25Grant Agency Familiarity

We have worked for 68 city and 18 county governments many of which have utilized grants, loans and local fundraisers. The following outlines our experience in working with financing sources for public buildings.

• USDA-RD• I-JOBS • FEMA Safe Room Grants • Vision Iowa• CAT• IDOT T-21

We tailor our services in this process according to the needs of our client and the grants or loans sought. In most cases we provide the building needs assessment, the building and site design, the presentation renderings of the project, the technical information needed for the application and we review the application before submittal. After the grant or loan is approved we work with the administrators to assure that the program requirements are met in our final design and construction documents. We are always happy to help in more ways when you need our further assistance.

• IDOT Scenic Byway• Casino Funding Programs• Main Street• State and Federal Historic Building Tax Credits• State Historical CLG and HRDP grants• Local Fundraisers
