Established on 21 Oct 1989 and registered with the SEC

since 04 April 1991.

A Donee Institution accredited with the BIR & PCNC

(Philippine Council for NGO Certification).

the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

A year before he became Mayor, Alabat’s revenue was

only P7M in 2013. By 2018, it has tripled to P21M!

Drug-free, Pollution-free, Systemic poverty-free &

Crime-free.

Income of Coconut Farmers & other farmers have

increased 5X’s.
