Attention is invited to regulation 27 of the j Defence Regulations, 1939, under which no person may leave Palestine without the authority of a written permit granted by a competent authority.
. Except in the cases of persons who are permanent residents of Palestine, Trans-Jordan, \ Syria and the Lebanon, or Egypt, who propose to proceed to any of those territories, all persons who wish to leave Palestine must be in possession of a departure permit.
Applications for departure permits should be made at the offices of District C.I.D. at Jerusalem, Jaffa, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Nazareth, Gaza or Nablus.
Applications should be submitted at least a fortnight before the proposed date of departure of the applicant.
Al l foreigners should obtain a departure \ permit where necessary, before making application to the Department of Migration for a return visa.

The building is constructed of 'Silicate' bricks, and the roof of tarmolite

All notices and advertisements must be prepaid.
It is notified for general information that in future notices intended for publication in the Palestine Gazette should be addressed, together with the appropriate publication fees, direct to the Government Printer, P.O.B. 293, Jerusalem.
Notices of registration of Companies, Cooperative Societies, Trade Marks and Patents will not be accepted for publication unless submitted through the appropriate Registrar.
Orders with regard to the administration of the estates of deceased persons or probate of wills, and any orders issued under the Companies Ordinance, or in accordance with any other Ordinance or Order of the Court, and notices of registration and dissolution of partnerships will not be inserted unless passed for publication by the Court.
