SCHEDULE.

1. Locality: Qoubeibeh village.

2. Class of property : M i r i (4 parcels).

3. Description: The mortgaged propety consists of 4 parcels: Parcel No.28 is an orange grove, 11 years old, with intermediate trees, of about 4 years of age. About 14 dunums of the area are planted with Valencia trees and the rest with orange trees grafted on lemons and Hushhash. Most of the soil of the grove is hard. The irrigation is effected from the well situated in parcel No. 31, and the water is supplied by pipes and distributed in the grove by means of open channels. There is a large packing house and a store in the grove. The areas of the building are as follows: The packing house 8x12 square metres, the closed-in-terraces 4 x 16 square metres and 3x4 square metres; the area of the store is about 4x6 square metres. The building is constructed of 'Silicate' bricks, and the roof of tarmolite

and tiles. The doors are of i ron . A de-cauvil le track runs through the grove for the t ransportat ion of the f rui t . Parce l No. 31 contains a b u i l d i n g consisting of 4 stores and a wel l dug i n a depth of about 18 metres. The well has 3 borings and is provided w i t h two pumps and electrical motors. The tota l supply of water from the well is about 120 cubic metres per hour, and as i t serves an area of over 400 dunums, the quant i ty of water per dunum is at present insufficient. The b u i l d i n g is constructed of clay, roofed wi th tiles and has i ron doors. Parce l No . 32 is a pr ivate way leading from the road to the wel l . Parcel No . 18 contains an open concrete reservoir of about 520 cubic metres.

4. N a m e of registered owner : M i r i a m ( M a ria) Goldfarb.

5. Details of conveyance to registered onwer : B y registration.

6. A r e a of land: Pa rce l N o . 28 — 72.599 dunums; parcel N o . 31 — 1.338 dunums; parcel N o . 32 — 0.556 d u n u m ; parcel No. 18—0.482 dunum.

7. P a r t i c u l a r s of b u i l d i n g : See item 3.

8. P a r t i c u l a r s of plantations and number of trees and their age : The grove is i n a very d i lapida ted state. I t is " th i r s ty" and shows signs of inadequate i r r i ga t ion . The soi l is uncul t ivated and f u l l of weeds. The trees are not pruned. The grove was not fer t i l ized at a l l du r ing the year. The f ru i t is smal l and very attractive, but a considerable par t thereof drops owing to the weakness of the trees i n consequence of lack of water and the Mediterranean f ru i t f ly . Immediate cu l t iva t ion would have restored the grove to a satisfactory state.

9. Blocks and parcels Nos. : Block No. 3756, parcels Nos. : 28, 31, 32, block No. 3755, parcel No . 18.

10. T i t l e deed N o . and date: Deed No . 13646/35, dated the 17th September, 1935.

11. Shares: The whole parcel N o . 28 and a share of 10/120 i n the parcels Nos. 18, 31 and 32 belong to the mortgagor.

12. Boundaries : After the settlement.

13. V a l u e assessed : Pa rce l N o . 28, the whole of which is a grove, was assessed at £P.4,355. 940 mils , parcel N o . 31 at £P .876 — and the share 10/120 belonging to the mortgagor at £P.73.—, parcel N o . 32, at £P.36.— and the share 10/120 belonging to the mortgagor at £ P . 3 . — , parcel No . 18 at £P.420.— and the share 10/120 belonging to the mortgagor at £P.35.—, and the to ta l value of the property belonging to M i r i a m ( M a r i a ) G o l d farb is £P.4,466.940.
