1. Disassembling information

hAP lite horizontal case disassembling

1. step

Push “-” screwdrivers in case cavities.



2. step

Rotate screwdriver and pull both case parts.

3. step

Open front case and take out the board.

Routerboard does not power on

There no signs of any LED activity

• try different power supply, if did not help, go to next chapter.

1. Find potential problem areaCheck Which component is out of order.

• try change J100, if did not help, go to next bullet.

• try change U100, if did not help, go to next bullet.

• try change L100, if did not help, go to next bullet.

• try change L300, if did not help, go to next bullet.

Routerboard does not boot

Problem area on top layer:

If Board Leds turn on, board is unreachable through LAN ports

• try change RAM Flash U500, if did not help, go to next bullet

• try change CPU chip U1, if did not help, go to next bullet

• try change CPU chip U1, if did not help, board unrepairable

If source of problem is U200, board is unrepairable.
