Published by the STUDENTS OF NISKAYUNA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL by DAVE DEWAN Chief of Police John T. Mc Govern said in a recent inter- view that his department plans to place about twenty men into action (to keep us out of ac- tion) this Hallowe'en night. They will patrol all Niskayuna streets, checking for roving gangs, rumbles, and street signs where they shouldn't be(every- body: heave ho.) Offenders of town laws will have their dads phoned (be sure they're out of town) and their names put on public record(if you give your real name). To keep c i t y gangs from messing up our "fine record," police cars will be stationed along Nott Street (city gangs: come in by Union or State). The chief recommends our having a - school dance that night in or- der to keep us off the streets (until after the dance). Chief McGovern reminds us about the strict state laws regarding the use of firecrackers (so be sure to look both ways before you set them off.) Niskayuna wants to say '58 was a good Hallowe'en (only kidding up above, really take it easy, won't you???) DEWAN
