Alcohol Cause of South Bend CrashAn unidentified Indiana County man

The 26-year-old was found sleeping in the driver’s seat with the vehicle still running. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Arrestee was placed under arrest for DUI and submitted to a legal breath test. The results indicated his blood alcohol level to be .140%.

Fetterman said charges are pending through the office of District Magisterial Judge Kevin McCausland.
