HEPA FiltersOur standard

reverse pulsecartridge dustcollectors trap 99.7percent of dust particles as small as 0.5microns. A High Efficiency ParticulateAir (HEPA) filter captures 99.97 percent

of the remaining dustparticles (down to 0.3microns). Our freestand-ing HEPA filter connectsto any existing ClemcoRP collector, and our top-mounted HEPA filterswork with the Pulsar all-in-one blast cabinets.

Adjustable Gun MountIn a manual cabinet, the adjust-

able mount holds the blast gun at aspecific position while you lift andmanipulate the part under it. It helpsreduce window frosting by keepingthe blast pointed away from the glass.Used in conjunction with a poweredturntable, the gun mount turns yourmanual cabinet into an automatedblast system.

TurntablesZERO’s standard turntables – rated for 250-lb. to 2,000-lb. capacities, let you

manually rotate the work piece within the cabinet. Pneumatic or electric poweredturntables, with fixed or variable speed operation, move parts for manual orautomated blasting.

RollersManual or powered rollers rotate

gas cylinders and other tube-shapedparts for all-over blasting. Mounted ona work car, rollers speed loading andunloading of these cumbersome parts.

Work CarsTake the strain out of manually

loading heavy or awkward parts. Ourstandard work car and turntablecombinations carry up to 500 pounds.Higher-capacity work cars, with orwithout turntables, require additionalcabinet bracing and are offered only asfactory installations. A work car can befitted with just about any parts handlingsystem, from rollers to turntables tofabricated fixtures – whatever it takesto make the job easier, faster, or better.

Sound Attenuation KitsHeavy-duty construction already

makes ZERO cabinets among thequietest you can buy; now we offeradditional sound-deadening forapplications where noise levels arestrictly enforced. Depending on yourrequirements, our engineers canrelocate and muffle the air inlet andexhaust and apply sound-deadeningfoam to reduce noise levels outsidethe cabinet.

Time-Delay DoorInterlocks

This increasingly popularoption keeps you from openingthe doors while blasting anduntil the dust has fully cleared.Releasing the cabinet foot pedaltriggers an adjustable count-down timer that allows the doorsto open only after a predeter-mined time.

Vertical Lift DoorsMounted on one side (or both on

select cabinets), vertical lift doorsreduce the floor space required toswing open a conventional door. Thisis especially useful with a work car.Available on our Pulsars and BNP 65,220, 600, 720, and double cabinets, thepneumatically operated doors openwith a switch.

OscillatorsA vertical or horizontal oscillator

turns a manual blast cabinet into asimple automated system. Oscillationincreases the effective coverage area ofany suction or pressure blast system.Combine an oscillator with a poweredwork car, turntable, or fixture forefficient automated blasting.

Tumble BasketStop blasting holes in your gloves trying to clean screws and other

small parts. Our perforated tumble basket rotates small parts under theblast nozzle for all-over coverage – and helps keep them out of thecabinet sump. The two-gallon motorized basket mounts on the door ofany standard cabinet. Includes the adjustable gun mount.

Automation KitsThe A-300 Automation Kit adds a turntable, four fixtures, and up to five

rack-mounted automatic blast guns to a ZERO BNP 220 blast cabinet.Configure the A-300 turntable for indexing or continuous operation; vary thefixture rotation from 0 to 30 rpm; and set the timer for 0 to 30 minutes. Therotating fixtures can handle parts up to 9 inches tall by 6 inches wide. TheA-300 is available factory installed or as a field-installation kit.

The A-250 kit includes avariable-speed rotating fixtureand one rack-mounted automaticblast gun. This simple automa-tion accessory can be installed inalmost any cabinet and removedwhen not needed. Perfect forshort runs and sample processing.
