Focusing on prospects and customers mainly in the industrial belt of Pune & Aurangabad.
Periodic roadshows using Market developemnt funds to increase product and partner awareness and increase funnelbase.
Focusing on achieving 30% targeted revenue through License Compliance.
Focus upon attached subscription business & proper upgradation of older Autodesk products at client premises.
Better coordination with the OEM for better support.

As I have spent most of my career (10+ Years) in East India , I propose to enter the Eastern India Market with a residential permanent sales staff:
The main geographies to focus upon will be :
• Jamshedpur (Tatanagar Geography)• Howrah (Kolkata ) Industrial Belt• Bhubaneshwar – Raurkela Industrial Belt
