exceptions are breakage and

manufacturing defects. To return

a product, you must receive prior

approval. In the case of shipping

errors, returned bottles must be

as shipped (free of store pricing

labels) and returned in a timely

manner (with current lot

numbers). All items returned with

non-current lot numbers,

distributor labeling, or two weeks

after receipt, will be charged to

your account.

BOTTLE SHIPPING

Our standard shipping policy is that

1 ounce and 4 ounce bottles are separate

orders. This has not changed. While we

are in transition with many products on

backorder for testing and production, we

have allowed mixed sized orders up to

20 bottles maximum. This means your 1

ounce, 4 ounce and capsules can ship in

one box as long as the TOTAL bottle

count is no more than 20. Once our stock

is replenished, we will discontinue the 20

bottle mixed size boxes, but we will still

allow mixed sized boxes up to 10 bottles

maximum. We will advise.

For those of you who have been with us for the last five (5) to six (6) years, when you signed up and received your welcome package, your welcome letter

had your Distributor Number in BIG, BOLD numbers. At the bottom of the

welcome letter were also three (3) areas that had your Distributor Number, your

name and the Pure Herbs 800 phone number. Those are there so that you can cut them out and take them with you so if you decide to place an order with us

you have the information you need and we ask you for on hand. Please have

your Distributor Number ready when you call us. We’ve made it so easy for

you.

MONTHY SPECIALS

Our monthly specials are advertised on our website: pureherbs.com, in

our newsletters and on the postcards that we send out. The specials run

from 9 AM on the first business day of the month to 5:30 PM on the last

business day of the month. All times are Eastern Time, and we are cur-

rently in Daylight Savings Time. Phone calls with current month specials

left on voicemail after 5:30 PM ET, faxes with current month specials

received after 5:30 PM ET and mail with current month specials received

after the last day of the month will be applied to the next month without

the specials. NO exceptions!

PACKAGE DELIVERIES UPDATE

Everyone is used to receiving their packages within a certain amount of time. If you

don’t receive them when you expect them, you call us and we do a trace. This is all

good. But please, be aware that there can be any number of circumstances that could delay your package. Weather is the number one reason. Spring has sprung and has

brought with it some really nasty weather. A huge part of the country has been experi-

encing massive outbreaks of tornados. And while the tornados may be localized, the

associated weather system spreads its rain and winds through a good part of the coun-

try. Just because it may be nice in your part of the country, doesn’t mean that it’s nice

between Pure Herbs and you. There can also be hail, hurricanes, flooding, dust storms,

fires, car accidents, train derailments, etc, etc. Sometimes these things are just out of

UPS driver’s hands. And Pure Herbs has no control over any of that. The only thing we

can be sure of is when the package leaves our building.

VERY IMPORTANT: VOICE MAIL ORDERS

If you leave an order on voice mail, whether after hours, or during the day when all

other lines are busy, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT call and place the same order when

someone answers the phone and you get to talk to an actual person. We are having

more and more people call to say they received the same order twice and this is the

reason why. We are also charging your credit cards twice and that could create an

issue for you. If you have to leave a voice mail, feel free to call and ask if we’ve pro-cessed your order, but if it’s not in the system yet, please let us know that the order was

left on voice mail. With six of us answering the phone and getting messages off the

voice mail line, an order may not be processed immediately. Let’s try to avoid unneces-

sary shipping charges and bank accounts holding your funds for orders that did not

need to be processed.
